Shipping & Delivery
Products that are in stock will be shipped within 3 days of order placement. If an item is out of stock, we will work with the designer to fill the order as quickly as possible. In some cases, this may take several weeks depending on whether the item must be hand-crafted or is readily available. You will receive notification via email when longer delivery times are expected.
Shipping Rates vary depending on the destination and order total:
1. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
2. We ship all over the world. International shipments ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $20. We will email you a tracking number to track the shipment.
3. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Spotlight Accessories wants you to be a happy and completely satisfied customer. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for full credit. Your purchase must be returned in its original condition and must not show any signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
To return merchandise, please follow these steps:
1. Place the item in its original packaging into your return package along with a copy of the invoice.
2. Indicate on the original invoice the quantity, item number, and item description that you are returning and why.
3. Include your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.
4. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping instructions on how to ship back the item with the free return shipping.

Once your merchandise is received, it will be processed with 10 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. When the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
Note that SpotlightAccessories.com cannot be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by calling us at 877-377-1172, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST or by emailing our office at email@example.com . We will notify you by email that your order has been canceled.
We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept payments through Paypal and Google Checkout.
If you elected to create an account when you placed your order, you may login and go to the My Account page to see a list of all orders that you have placed to date. Click on the View Order link to get tracking information about the shipment. An order confirmation email will be sent when your order is received and again when it is shipped.
Updating Account Information
Login to your account and click the My Account link. This will take you to pages that allow you to view order history, manage newsletter subscriptions, change your address book, and update your wishlist.
